White label sourcing, logistics and warehousing for agencies

Your clients keep asking you to fix their supply chain. Say yes without hiring a sourcing team, opening a China office or becoming a freight forwarder. We do the work. Your brand takes the credit.

The problem this solves

You manage the brand. Somebody has to manage the goods.

Brand management, ecommerce and marketplace agencies hit the same wall. You have grown a client's sales, and now their real constraint is supply: the factory is unreliable, stock runs out mid campaign, a container is stuck, or the product quality is undermining the reviews you worked to earn. You can either watch the account stall, or add a capability you were never set up to run.

There is a third option. Plug us in behind you.

Fully white labelled

Every report, quote, update and document goes out under your brand. Your client never sees our name and we never contact them, backed by a signed non solicitation agreement.

Your margin, your pricing

You get agency rates below our direct pricing and set whatever number your client sees. We do not publish a price your client can find and compare against yours.

One account manager

One person handles every client in your book, so you brief once and are not re-explaining your business to a new contact on every project.

What you can resell

Take the whole supply chain, or one piece of it

Most partners start with the single service their client is bleeding on, then expand once the first cycle proves out.

Sourcing and manufacturing

Factory matching, quote comparison, sampling, negotiation and purchase order management for your client's products.

Verification and inspection

Supplier audits and AQL inspections with photo evidence, issued as a report in your branding for you to hand over.

Freight and customs

Sea and air freight, consolidation, customs clearance and duty handling from Asia to your client's US destination.

US warehousing and fulfillment

Receiving, storage, pick and pack, FBA prep and returns, so you can offer 3PL without operating a building.

Photography and listings

Product photography shot at the factory plus listing content, which slots straight into the marketing work you already do.

Full supply chain

Everything above, run as a single programme, with one status report per client that you forward under your name.

How the partnership runs

Four steps from agreement to running orders

STEP 01 · Week 1

Agreement

We sign mutual confidentiality and non solicitation terms, agree your rate card and set up your reporting templates.

STEP 02 · Week 1 to 2

First brief

You send a client requirement. We work it as if we were your in house supply chain team and report back to you only.

STEP 03 · Week 2

You present

You take our findings to your client under your brand, at your price, with your recommendation.

STEP 04 · Ongoing

We execute

Sourcing, verification, inspection, freight and fulfillment run in the background. You get status updates you can forward as they are.

Who this is for

Agencies that already own the client relationship

  • Brand management agencies running Amazon, Shopify or TikTok Shop accounts
  • Ecommerce and performance marketing agencies whose clients keep hitting stock problems
  • Marketplace and account management firms who need a supply answer to keep an account growing
  • Consultants and fractional operators who need an execution team behind them
  • 3PLs who want to add sourcing without opening an Asia office

What we will not do

  • Contact your client directly, at any point, for any reason
  • Approach your client after a project ends
  • Publish pricing your client could compare against the number you quoted
  • Put our name on a document that goes to your client

Questions

Partnership questions, answered

Will you ever contact my client directly?
No. We sign a non solicitation and confidentiality agreement before the first project. All communication runs through you, and if a client contacts us directly we route them back to you.
Whose name goes on the reports?
Yours. Inspection reports, quote comparisons, status updates and shipping documents are issued under your brand. We supply the template unbranded and you apply your identity, or we apply it for you.
How is it priced?
You get agency rates that sit below our direct client pricing, and you set the number your client sees. The margin between the two is yours. Rates are agreed once and apply across your whole client book rather than being renegotiated per project.
Can we start with one client before committing?
Yes, and we prefer it. Run one client through a full cycle, from sourcing to delivered stock, and decide from there. There is no minimum volume and no retainer to begin.
What happens if something goes wrong on a client's order?
You hear it from us first, with the problem and the options, before the client notices. Your relationship with your client depends on you being the one who tells them, so we never let a client find out about a delay before you do.
Which parts can we white label?
All of it, or any single piece. Some agencies white label only inspection, some only freight and US fulfillment, and some hand over the entire supply chain including supplier selection.
