Home/Order Process

From enquiry to stock on your shelf

Eight steps, honest timelines and a defined output at every stage, so you always know what you are waiting for and who is holding it.

STEP 01 · You: 15 minutes

Enquiry

You send the product spec, a drawing, a sample or a photo of something similar, plus your target cost and volume.

Output: Your brief, acknowledged same day

STEP 02 · Us: 5 to 7 days

Sourcing plan

We build the manufacturing brief and search our factory network by capability. You get a shortlist with what each plant already produces.

Output: Factory shortlist

STEP 03 · Us: 7 to 10 days

Quote comparison

Quotes come back in different formats and currencies. We normalise them into one table covering unit cost, tooling, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.

Output: Comparison sheet and recommendation

STEP 04 · 2 to 4 weeks

Sample

The chosen factory produces a golden sample. We inspect it against the brief before it ships to you, and manage revisions until it is right.

Output: Approved golden sample

STEP 05 · 3 to 6 weeks

Order and production

Purchase order placed, deposit handled, production slot booked. We run a during production check at roughly 20 to 30 percent complete.

Output: Production status updates

STEP 06 · 1 day on site

Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection against your AQL on finished, packed goods. Report with photographs within 24 hours, before the balance is released.

Output: Inspection report, pass or fail

STEP 07 · 18 to 40 days by sea

Freight and clearance

Sea or air booked, cargo consolidated if you are buying from several factories, ISF filed, duty calculated and customs cleared.

Output: Bill of lading and landed cost

STEP 08 · 2 to 7 days

Delivery or fulfillment

Goods delivered to your warehouse, into Amazon FBA, or received into our US facility for pick and pack.

Output: Delivery confirmation

Behind the scenes

The automation that keeps it on schedule

Each stage above carries one reference through our internal system. Late samples, failed inspections and vessel delays raise an alert to your account manager before they become your problem.

01

Intake

Your spec, drawing or sample photo comes in through the quote form. It is parsed into a structured brief with material, tolerance, MOQ and target cost.

02

Match

The brief is matched against our factory database by capability, not by category, so you are shown plants that have actually made something like this.

03

Track

Every purchase order, sample, inspection and shipment is logged against a single reference. You see the same status board our team sees.

04

Alert

Production slipping, inspection failing, vessel delayed or duty rate changing triggers a notification before it becomes your problem.
