A brand searches a marketplace, finds ten suppliers who all say yes, picks the cheapest, and only discovers six months later that they were talking to a trading company who subcontracted the job to whoever was free. The unit price was never the real number.

Price, MOQ, payment terms, tooling ownership and defect liability agreed and put in writing.

How we charge

For managed purchasing we charge a percentage of order value, agreed in writing before we start. For a direct introduction, where we verify the factory and hand you the relationship, we charge a fixed project fee. The initial search and quote comparison is free either way.

For Frolik & Co we shortlisted silicone moulders in Guangdong for the Toothi teether, audited the top three on capability and moved to tooling sign off with US compliance testing built into the schedule rather than bolted on afterwards.

Product Sourcing, answered

Can you source a product I only have a photo of?
Yes, and that is how most projects start. From a photo we can identify the material, the likely production method and the factory type, then build a proper brief from there.
How do I know the supplier is a real factory?
That is what our supplier verification service is for, and for sourcing clients we run the screening as part of the search. Business licence, production scope, capability audit and where possible an on-site visit.
Will you protect my design?
We put an NNN agreement in place before your drawings go out, and we keep tooling ownership in your name. No agreement makes enforcement simple, but it changes the calculus and it gives you standing.
Do you only source from China?
No. China is where our deepest network sits, but we also source from Vietnam and Indonesia, which matters when tariff exposure or capacity makes China the wrong answer for your category.
