How we charge

Verification is priced per supplier as a fixed fee, with the records and desk audit available as a lighter option when a full site visit is not warranted. Verification is included at no extra cost when we are already managing your sourcing.

How long does verification take?
A records and desk audit takes about three days. Add a physical site visit and the full process runs seven to ten days depending on the factory location.
Can you verify a supplier I found myself?
Yes. Plenty of clients come to us with a supplier already shortlisted and want an independent read before committing. That is a standalone service.
What if the supplier fails?
You get the report with the reasoning, and if you want, we run a sourcing search for alternatives that do meet the standard.
Do you verify suppliers outside China?
Yes, in Vietnam and Indonesia, though lead times for site visits are longer outside our core regions.
