Tell us what you are trying to make or move. You will get factory options, an indicative unit cost, a realistic lead time and the compliance requirements for your category. There is no charge for this and no obligation to proceed.

How do you charge for sourcing?
For most projects we work on a percentage of the order value, agreed before we start, with no charge for the initial sourcing search and quote comparison. Inspections and photography are quoted as fixed fees per job. We put the model in writing at the start so there are no surprise line items.
Do I have to buy through you, or do I get the factory contact?
Both models are available. Managed purchasing means we place and pay the order and you deal with one invoice. Direct introduction means we hand over the factory relationship after verification and charge for the sourcing work only. Tell us which you want and we will price accordingly.
What is the minimum order you will work with?
It depends on the product. Simple items can start in the low hundreds of units, while anything needing custom tooling usually needs volume to justify the mould cost. We tell you the realistic MOQ for your product before you commit to anything.
Who owns the tooling and the moulds?
You do, when you pay for them. We put ownership in writing in the supplier agreement so you are not locked to one factory by a mould you already paid for.
Can you ship straight into Amazon FBA?
Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, carton labelling, box content and appointment booking, and we can prep in the US first if you would rather inspect before it goes into Amazon.
What happens if the goods fail inspection?
You get the report with photographs before the balance payment is released, which is the point of inspecting at that stage. From there the options are rework, discount or reject, and we negotiate that with the factory on your behalf.
